Biography

Travis Arnold is a member of the Banking & Finance practice at Parsons Behle & Latimer. His personal practice focuses primarily on lending and financing. Travis has represented large national banks and investment firms, multi-national corporations looking to finance their acquisitions and individual borrowers looking to leverage their assets to fund private loans.

Prior to joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Travis was in-house counsel for a young start-up, primarily focused on growing the real estate portfolio of a fast-growing franchise. Travis has also practiced at one of the largest firms in the country, representing large corporations in a variety of different lending transactions, from funding acquisitions to restructuring to avoid bankruptcy.

Travis received his J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University where he studied History.
