Vicki Baldwin is lead of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Energy & Utility Regulatory group. She shares her extensive utility regulatory knowledge with commercial, industrial and municipal utility clients in energy-related transactions and before public service commissions, including rate cases, rulemakings, and investigations. While licensed in Utah and Nevada, she also practices regularly in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Wyoming.

Negotiated energy supply agreement with utility and approval of new tariff and energy supply agreement with regulators and utility.
