Providing dental and DSO clients comprehensive legal services

Overview

Dentists encounter many opportunities and challenges as they operate and grow their dental practices. These challenges are magnified by a rapidly-consolidating market faced with ever-changing state and federal regulations. Dentists are increasingly contracting Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) to provide non-clinical support to their practices, allowing the practitioner to focus on providing quality care to patients.

Parsons Behle & Latimer's dental team has extensive experience counseling dental practices and DSOs nationally on the complexities of forming practices and DSOs and the varying commercial, regulatory and other legal obstacles they face. We are equipped to assist solo practitioners, group practice dentists and DSOs in a variety of matters. Our team of attorneys, including regulatory specialists with transactional, tax, intellectual property, employment, litigation and healthcare law experience, bring their legal expertise, high financial acumen and a practical approach to deliver practical solutions to dental professionals, practices and DSOs.
