For the second time in less than a year, Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons), a preeminent law firm in the Intermountain West, has expanded its new Park City office to offer enhanced legal services to its Wasatch Back clients by adding litigation attorney John R. Ternieden to its Park City bench. Ternieden represents financial institutions and other businesses in commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.

Ternieden says, “I first visited Utah and Park City back in 2002 right before the Olympics. I immediately fell in love with the towering mountains and beautiful landscape, so when I learned Parsons was looking for a new associate to work in the Park City office, I knew I had to apply. I am excited to see how my career will grow at Parsons, and I look forward to building meaningful relationships with my colleagues and clients.”

Ternieden is currently licensed in California and will sit for the Utah State Bar exam during February 2023. With many former and current California residents residing in Park City, Ternieden's addition to the team is a perfect fit and provides added business and commercial litigation experience for a range of clients across the firm.

Park City Office Managing Shareholder Scott DuBois says, “We are excited to welcome John to our office. John has excellent experience in litigation in both state and federal courts and will focus on providing assistance and advice to our clients in Summit and Wasatch Counties. He is a welcome addition to our growing Park City office and to our continued ability to offer full service legal representation to residents of the Wasatch Back.”
