Scott DuBois is a shareholder who practices in Parsons Behle & Latimer's Park City office.

Scott has experience representing clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses and individuals. He has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, construction litigation and business disputes.

Scott also routinely assists clients with negotiation and documentation of real estate transactions, construction contracts and commercial leases. He also advises multiple companies and HOAs on various ongoing governance and business issues.

Scott is proud to give back to the community through service on boards for several Park City-based non-profit organizations, including the Park City Hospital Foundation and the Youth Sports Alliance.
