Parsons Behle & Latimer represents six students alleging claims of misconduct against Davis County School District

Parsons’ attorneys Adam Bondy and Michael Young are representing six Davis High School students who have sued the Davis County School District on the grounds of alleged sexual misconduct on the part of their soccer coach. The students also allege that the district did not keep their identities confidential leading to retaliation from students and staff.
