Hardenbrook joins the firm’s Jackson, Wyoming office as of counsel in the litigation practice. Hardenbrook brings more than 15 years of experience representing financial institutions, commercial entities, landowners and individuals in complex civil matters at the trial and appellate levels. “I was drawn to Parsons’ Jackson office because it handles sophisticated matters while remaining connected to the local community,” Hardenbrook says. “I’m excited to litigate alongside a group of lawyers who care deeply about their clients and the work they do.”
Business and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation and appeals work are the primary focuses of Hardenbrook’s practice. Before entering private practice, he clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals and later served as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Los Angeles field office. He most recently served as a deputy prosecutor in Teton County, Wyoming.
