Biography

An of counsel member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation practice, Andrew Hardenbrook focuses on complex commercial, real estate and civil litigation, including representing financial institutions, commercial entities, landowners and individuals. He has extensive experience litigating at both the trial and appellate levels, including preparing briefs for the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals, serving as first and second chair in contested trials and presenting oral argument.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007, Andrew clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals. He then practiced for more than seven years with a large law firm in Phoenix and Salt Lake City, where he handled corporate bankruptcy and related commercial and real estate litigation matters. In 2016, Andrew left private practice to serve as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Los Angeles Field Office. After more than two years with the FBI, he returned to private practice with a small law firm in Jackson, Wyoming, and most recently served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Teton County, Wyoming.
