Jason is an of counsel attorney at Parsons Behle & Latimer where he manages nationwide mortgage litigation for a variety of banks and financial institutions. His focus and expertise is in mitigating risk and optimizing asset portfolio performance for his clients. Prior to joining Parsons, Jason practiced for two years as senior counsel at a boutique real estate and banking firm in general litigation defense.

Before joining the boutique firm, Jason practiced at an Am Law 100 firm where he held the role of special counsel, actively litigating state and federal court cases focused in consumer financial services issues.

Jason began his career, following graduation, working as in-house counsel for a nation mortgage loan servicer. He focused there on analyzing and mitigating risk associated with consumer mortgage loan litigation. Jason earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and B.S. in Accounting from Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
