Christopher A. Beus has experience assisting clients with banking and financial services litigation and real property disputes.

In his practice, Mr. Beus manages litigation throughout the United States related to foreclosures, lender liability and all aspects of mortgage servicing. He has experience managing the defense of financial services companies in cases involving state and federal consumer protection statutes, the Truth-In-Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and claims under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
