Dylan is an associate attorney who works with clients in various litigation matters, including land use, environmental, construction and corporate litigation. His years of experience in the construction industry make him especially suited to advising clients with construction disputes.

Biography

Dylan is a member of the litigation, and environmental and natural resources practices at Parsons Behle & Latimer. Dylan focuses his practice in the areas of commercial, civil, construction and environmental litigation.

Dylan has an extensive background in the construction industry. Before law school he worked in various roles in the industry, including working as a tradesman, estimator and project manager. He has experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors and is familiar with processes and procedures for residential, commercial and industrial construction. Before law school, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Construction and Facilities Management.

While in law school, Dylan focused his studies on environmental law, real estate, public lands and energy. He was a member of Brigham Young University’s National Moot Court Team and was a finalist in multiple moot court competitions. He also was on the Moot Court and Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Law Society boards.
