Kaitlynn is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation practice. She focuses her personal practice on representing businesses and individuals in complex litigation before state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Kaitlynn served as a judicial law clerk at the Utah Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

Kaitlynn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the Utah Law Review.
