Kimberly M. Hansen represents clients in consumer financial services, securities and commercial litigation matters. Kim has unique experience defending lenders and loan servicers in mortgage-related litigation arising from consumer protection laws. Her litigation proficiency includes:

Successful Federal Jury Trial Involving Fraud and Unlawful Trade Practices

Member of trial team in successful federal jury trial involving claims for fraud and violations of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act in which plaintiff sought over $5 million in economic, non-economic, and punitive damages related to the servicing of her mortgage. Jury returned a complete defense verdict.
