Rebecca Jensen is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department. She assists clients in navigating complex administrative, litigation, and appellate disputes in all aspects of healthcare, employment and labor, and environmental and natural resources.

Biography

Rebecca is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation department and works on the firm’s litigation, healthcare, employment, and environmental and natural resources practices.

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Rebecca served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paige Petersen of the Utah Supreme Court. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she was a teaching assistant for the 1L Legal Writing and Analysis course and served as the chief articles editor of the Idaho Law Review. While in law school, Rebecca stood for oral argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as part of her work on a three-member team appealing an asylum determination with the University of Idaho Immigration Litigation and Appellate Clinic. Before law school, Rebecca attended the University of Utah where she studied health and social policy.
