Biography

Tyson is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation practice. He has significant experience in litigation matters, having tried numerous court and jury trials. His unwavering focus on the most important aspects of the case has been praised by not only his colleagues but by the judges he has appeared before.

Prior to coming to Parsons, Tyson was a partner at Gallian, Welker and Associates in St. George where he was the lead litigator at that firm. He also worked for Judge N. Randy Smith of the Ninth Circuit as well as District Judge Gregory Moeller, now on the Idaho Supreme Court. He also spent some time at a prosecutor’s office.

In his spare time, Tyson enjoys Southern Utah’s year-round outdoor activities with his family and friends.
