Leah and Liz will provide an overview of employee terminations, evaluations and discipline, including critical aspects of proper communication and documentation. Their presentation will focus on Wyoming law, as well as relevant state and federal agencies that enforce anti-discrimination laws.

Mark will summarize the most important employment law developments for employers over the last year. His presentation will highlight Wyoming legislative updates, caselaw developments, President Trump’s employment-related Executive Orders and other trends/issues of note—including how to avoid “reverse discrimination” claims and preparing for ICE raids and I-9 audits.
