Wage and Hour: Hot Topics and Real-Life Examples of Employers Running Afoul of the Fair Labor Standards Act

Christina will review the trickier wage and hour provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as walk through relevant case law and examples of employers getting it wrong so that you can get it right in your workplace.

Termination Trepidation: Identifying and Avoiding the Risks Associated with Employee Terminations and Discipline

Leah and Liz will provide an overview of employee terminations, evaluations and discipline, including critical aspects of proper communication and documentation. Their presentation will focus on Wyoming law, as well as relevant state and federal agencies that enforce anti-discrimination laws.
