With extensive experience in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Royer enhances the firm’s capabilities, serving clients across a range of energy, environmental and natural resource matters. Prior to joining Parsons, Royer practiced at Perkins Coie. 

Royer counsels clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental due diligence and enforcement defense. She has deep experience advising clients in the mining, energy and agricultural sectors, particularly in navigating complex state and federal environmental regulations.
