Biography

Kaycee M. Royer is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s environmental and natural resources practice. She represents municipal, industrial, energy, agribusiness, forestry, utility and mining clients in matters involving environmental permitting, regulatory compliance and real estate development on public and private lands.

Her practice includes advising clients on a range of federal and state environmental laws, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Forest Management Act, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. She also counsels clients on water rights issues in Idaho and Nevada.

Kaycee frequently presents on environmental law developments at industry conferences and has authored numerous legal updates and articles on federal regulatory changes. She currently serves an at-large officer of the Idaho State Bar’s Environment and Natural Resources Law Section.

She is admitted to practice in Idaho, Nevada and California.
