Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce that attorneys Haley B. Banks and Samantha K. Davidson, associates in the Salt Lake City office, have been admitted to the Utah State Bar. These outstanding attorneys were sworn in on May 22 at a licensing ceremony at the Utah State Capitol in Salt Lake City.
Banks has experience defending, prosecuting and resolving civil disputes in state and federal courts. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, trial and arbitrations concerning commercial contract and fraud disputes, restrictive covenant and non-competition issues, breach of fiduciary obligation disputes, First Amendment disputes, business divorces, internal investigations and employment disputes. Banks is also admitted to practice in New York.
Davidson is a litigator whose practice is focused on bankruptcy law, restructuring, and business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah; the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; and as a judicial extern in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas. Davidson is also admitted to practice in Wisconsin.
