Haley has experience defending, prosecuting and resolving civil disputes in state and federal courts across the country. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in litigation, trial and arbitrations concerning commercial contract and fraud disputes, restrictive covenant and non-competition issues, breach of fiduciary obligation disputes, First Amendment disputes, business divorces, internal investigations and employment disputes. Her clients include private equity firms, high-net-worth individuals, bankers, real estate developers, consultants, entertainers, medical journals, non-profits, artists, art fabricators and art galleries. Haley also has an active pro bono practice.
Haley joined Parsons Behle & Latimer in 2025 after clerking for Judge Tena Campbell in the United States District Court for the District of Utah and litigating for four years at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations. Haley has also worked at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Dallas and Honolulu and for the U.S. Department of Labor. During law school, she served as an assistant to Professor Michael Moffit, researching the prevalence of attorney malpractice in the settlement process.
Haley enjoys skiing, hiking and mountain biking in the Wasatch and playing backgammon.
