Parsons Behle & Latimer was pleased to represent Truist Bank in an equity financing commitment with rPlus Energies to support rPlus Energies' Pleasant Valley Solar 2 project, a 125-megawatt (MWac) solar facility in Ada County, Idaho. The transaction provided approximately $100 million in tax equity financing commitment and was announced on Sept. 8, 2025.
