Drawing on his background advising on local, national and international matters, and with a practical, pragmatic perspective to legal representation, Ben is experienced with helping clients balance costs and risks. Ben received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and began his legal career at the London office of a New York law firm where he helped with international transactions and financings. For three years before law school, he was an investment and valuation analyst. Ben’s practice focuses on business clients ranging from high-growth technology companies to international corporations, which he primarily helps with business, technology, real estate and financial matters.

Assisting clients in an array of transactions, Ben is experienced in entity formation, funding, partnership questions, management and growth issues, legal operations, asset structuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity dissolutions, secured and unsecured lending transactions, planning and zoning and business structures.
