Amy M. J. Knight is an associate in the firm’s real estate and banking and financial services practices. Amy represents clients in business transactions, including the overlap between practices where clients are lending on, buying, or selling a business with real estate and liquor license assets. She also assists clients in navigating real estate and loan transactions, providing guidance from a borrower’s or a lender’s perspective. Amy can even assist clients with specialized legal areas within Idaho law involving, for example, alcohol licensing and manufactured home communities. 

Amy is an avid reader, backyard gardener and amateur genealogist, tracing her family line from the Mayflower to the Idaho Territory, her ancestors having come West before Idaho’s statehood.
