Biography

Benjamin Lefler is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s corporate team, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, agricultural transactions and energy transactions.

Benjamin began his career at a large international law firm in Houston, Texas working on complex corporate matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2020, where he was a Rubenstein Scholar. Benjamin was also a member of the University of Chicago Legal Forum and served as President of the Dallin H. Oaks Society. During law school, he was an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Utah. In 2016, Benjamin graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in Economics.

Benjamin is admitted to practice law in the State of Idaho and the State of Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hiking/running/biking, reading and playing sports.
