Hunter is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice team where he assists companies in achieving their goals at all stages of their business, including providing guidance at formation and continuing through the development of an exit strategy.

Biography

Prior to joining the firm, Hunter obtained his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law. During his time in law school, Hunter worked as a law clerk at a small and mid-size law firm as well as a successful start-up company, gaining experience working with clients in a variety of different situations. Before attending law school, Hunter graduated cum laude from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys spending time with his family, helping out on the family farm, and participating in anything related to sports.

Parsons Represents Blue Coolers in its Acquisition of Caddis Sports

Parsons Behle & Latimer advised Blue Coolers on its purchase of Caddis Sports Inc., a legacy outdoor and fishing equipment brand. The Parsons team was led by Adam Ott and Bruce White with assistance from Hunter Johnson. Emily Holt and Lauren Reber also advised on the transaction.
