Biography

Nickie earned her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of San Diego Law School. While in law school, Nickie served as an editor on the San Diego International Law Journal and worked as a research assistant for a law professor. Nickie spent a semester of law school at Kings College School of Law in London to learn more about international law and arbitration. Before law school, Nickie attended Colorado State University where she studied political science and legal studies.

Strategic Sale of Regional Construction Company

Parsons Behle & Latimer advised a privately held, regional construction company in its sale to a publicly traded strategic acquirer. The Parsons' deal team was led by Adam Ott and Keyan Norman, with assistance from Benjamin Lefler, Nickie Hardesty and Landon Tracy. Emily Holt, Lauren Reber and Paul Smith also advised on the transaction.
