Biography

Sean Robison is an experienced water rights attorney who guides his clients through the acquisition, protection and administration of water rights and the development of water projects. He advises landowners, agricultural producers, non-profit water companies, developers and public water suppliers on navigating complex water rights issues with an emphasis on long-term resource planning and regulatory compliance. Sean holds a water rights certification from the Rural Water Association of Utah and the Utah Division of Water Rights.

Sean assists clients through the process of buying and selling water rights throughout Utah. He represents clients in water adjudications, permitting and change applications, enforcement actions, and water-related litigation before both administrative agencies and state courts. Sean focuses on closely collaborating with clients to develop practical solutions to challenging water issues with real world impacts.
