Biography

Zach Musser advises clients on corporate transactions at every stage of the investment lifecycle, from formation and capital raising through acquisition and disposition of key assets. In addition to his corporate practice, Zach has worked with leading investment funds and asset managers to negotiate joint ventures and structure real estate investment vehicles, including REITs. He has experience in single asset and portfolio real estate acquisition, disposition, financing and refinancing transactions.
