Barbara Bagnasacco
Ms. Bagnasacco is a member of the Corporate Transactions and Securities practice group at Parsons Behle & Latimer and brings extensive international corporate experience to the group. Her practice focuses on corporate, international transactions and compliance, and securities matters. She has extensive experience with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity and debt offerings, general corporate matters, foreign direct investment, EB-5 investments, distribution, agency and licensing matters and market entry strategies. She regularly works with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions on complex international transactions.
Ms. Bagnasacco regularly advises U.S. and foreign clients in connection with the establishment, structuring and compliance of their international operations, including the establishment of international distribution networks. She also represents domestic and international clients on corporate governance issues, including compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Ms. Bagnasacco assists clients with preparing FCPA policies and related training for employees as well as with conducting FCPA due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and distribution arrangements and often speaks on FCPA matters.
