Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a Litigation attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our Boise, Idaho office, to assist our clients with resolving a broad range of disputes. Our litigation team provides clients with an advantage of analyzing claims and defenses, as well as determining a strategy. As a member of this team, you would have the opportunity to provide litigation services for local, regional and national companies and would handle a variety of cases for other clients with unique litigation needs.

The position involves data breach prevention and remediation, training and reviewing safeguards designed to meet clients’ unique needs and circumstances. The successful applicant should be able to evaluate clients’ specific obligations to develop procedures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of data and to implement strategic response plans to identify, evaluate, and respond to data security incidents. 

The applicant should have experience with information security and privacy using sound judgment to provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders throughout the organization and to be a resource for our clients and colleagues.

Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a Director of Culture, Inclusion & Belonging in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. The successful candidate will develop, implement, monitor and support initiatives that promote DEI and Culture & Core Values (C&CV) to foster a workplace environment that is open and inclusive. Responsible for developing and implementing trainings and workshops focusing on areas of bias, microaggressions, race relations, LGBTQ+, gender identity, discrimination and more.  

Responsibilities:

  • Translates strategies into tactical plans with clear actions, accountability, and goals to promote equitable DEI practices and adopted C&CV.
  • Collaborates with the Board of Directors, CHRO, Employment Chair and Recruiting Chair on sourcing, hiring and retaining diverse candidates by connecting with professional organizations, law school career offices and leveraging social media and community connections. Develops programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
  • Develops and fosters a culture that is inclusive, innovative and proactively leverages multiple dimensions of diversity.
