Our litigation team provides clients with an advantage of analyzing claims and defenses, as well as determining a strategy. As a member of this team, you would have the opportunity to provide litigation services for local, regional and national companies and would handle a variety of cases for other clients with unique litigation needs.

This position entails representing banks, non-banks, lenders, agents, borrowers, private equity sponsors, and public/private companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border/international finance transactions, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; structured finance; debt facilities for companies and lenders; acquisition finance; loan workouts and restructurings; lending transactions and other related transactions.
Experience with asset-based lending, warehouse financing and other leveraged finance (including in the context of mergers and acquisitions and/or experience or an interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency financing transactions) is beneficial, although candidates with other debt finance experience will be considered.
