Regional law firm Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) continues to expand with the addition of four new attorneys in its offices across the Intermountain West. Parsons’ clients will now have additional attorney resources and enhanced legal services in Parsons’ Rexburg, Idaho, Missoula, Montana and Salt Lake City, Utah offices.

The firm continues to grow its Rexburg, Idaho office with the addition of Skyler M. Sanders, who joins Parsons as of counsel in its corporate practice where he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and real estate transactions and Courtney M. Stallings, who joins the firm as an experienced litigation associate who focuses her practice in real estate litigation, land use and corporate matters.
Travis Corbin joins Parsons’ Salt Lake City office as an associate who focuses his practice on banking and finance transactions. He is currently licensed in Texas and awaiting admission to the Utah State Bar. Corbin assists clients in corporate and real estate transactions including corporate restructuring and reorganization.
Finally, Parsons has added Elliott D. McGill to its Missoula, Montana office’s litigation practice as a highly-experienced associate attorney. McGill focuses his practice on business bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including banking and construction matters.
