She represents both national and international clients on a broad range of transactions in various sectors, including as a counsel to mining and refining companies with respect to acquisition and leasing of properties and precious metals, corporate governance, operations, transitions, procurement, regulatory matters, mining, mineral rights, safekeeping, and refining. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, engaging in due diligence and diligence opinions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing entity formation and governance.
Jamie received her Jurdis Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and holds licenses to practice law in Nevada, California, Montana and Colorado.
