Kevin assists clients in a range of businesses from start-ups to established companies with a variety of general business matters, including formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, and contract drafting and negotiation, particularly the licensing of software and other technologies and the procurement and distribution of SaaS and other cloud-based services.
Kevin obtained his J.D. from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Kevin was an associate editor on the BYU Law Review. Prior to his legal education, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in English from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice in Utah.
