Kevin assists clients, largely in the healthcare industry, with a variety of general business matters, including formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, and contract drafting and negotiation. In the past two years, he helped close more than $600,000,000 in dental practice acquisitions. He is routinely praised by his clients for his timely responses, precise drafting and regulatory knowledge.

Kevin obtained his J.D. from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Kevin was an associate editor on the BYU Law Review. Prior to his legal education, he earned his undergraduate degree in English from Brigham Young University. Kevin is admitted to practice in Utah.
