Kevin assists clients, largely in the healthcare industry, with a variety of general business matters, including formation, corporate governance, acquisitions, and contract drafting and negotiation. In 2024 alone, he has helped close hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of healthcare acquisitions. He is routinely praised by his clients for his timely responses, precise drafting and regulatory knowledge.

Kevin obtained his J.D. from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Kevin was an associate editor on the BYU Law Review. Prior to his legal education, Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in English from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice in Utah.
