Biography

Keyan Norman is a member of the firm’s corporate practice, where he advises businesses and equity owners across a variety of industries on corporate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financings, business formation and planning, restructurings, key commercial agreements and general outside counsel matters.

Before joining the firm, Keyan practiced at Kirkland & Ellis where he represented some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and private businesses in complex transactions ranging in a few million to several billion dollars, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and general corporate counseling.

Outside of work, Keyan enjoys spending time with his family, watching, playing and coaching sports, reading and golf.

Prior to joining the firm, Keyan represented private equity clients and their portfolio companies in transactions ranging from a few million to several billion dollars.
