Current Opportunity

Position: Litigation Case Manager
Qualified individuals are needed to assist with the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. A Juris Doctorate degree strongly preferred. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy or general litigation experience a plus.
