Parsons Behle & Latimer’s (Parsons) is pleased to announce that it has named corporate and intellectual property attorney Paul Evans as its new Rexburg office managing shareholder. Parsons’ Rexburg office opened in March 2023.
As a corporate and intellectual property (IP) attorney as well as a member of the board of directors of the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce, Evans is dedicated to helping Rexburg-area businesses grow, while protecting their key assets. Before joining Parsons in 2022, Evans served as general counsel and in executive corporate positions at multiple companies, giving him a unique and holistic legal and business-related perspective that he applies when counseling clients.

Evans leads a dynamic and progressive team in the Rexburg office, including two new attorneys: Skyler M. Sanders and Courtney M. Stallings. Sanders’ practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and real estate transactions, commercial lending, start-ups and venture capital. Stallings practice revolves around real estate and real estate litigation, corporate law and public lands. With the Rexburg attorneys’ combined practice specializations of corporate, intellectual property, banking and finance, IP and real estate, Parsons’ Rexburg attorneys offer a comprehensive legal business solutions to Rexburg-area clients.
