Retains Current Firm Leadership and Enhances its Litigation Team to Kick Off 2022
Following a highly successful year in 2021, Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) shareholders have voted to retain the firm’s 2021 Board of Directors for 2022. Founded in 1882, Parsons is one of the oldest and largest regional law firms in the Intermountain West. Over the course of the past two years during the height of the pandemic, Parsons has continued to strategically grow the firm by adding new attorneys as well as opening a new office in Helena, Mont. to better serve clients in the Intermountain region.
On Jan. 18, Parsons shareholders reelected existing firm leadership for 2022 including: Director, Chairperson and CEO Shawn C. Ferrin; Director and Vice President Richard J. Angell; Director, Vice President and Secretary Brook B. Bond; Director, Vice President and Treasurer Bruce H. White; Director and Vice President Juliette P. White. Cory D. Sinclair was also reelected as Parsons’ president for 2022.
Parsons is off to a dynamic start in 2022 with the addition of four attorneys to the firm who will enhance the strength of Parsons’ nationally-recognized litigation team. Additionally, Parsons is particularly pleased to announce the well-deserved promotion of two of its attorneys to the rank of shareholder.
Newly elected shareholders are Challis McNally of Parsons’ Idaho Falls office who is a member of the Divorce & Family Law practice team and Jason D. Steiert of the Salt Lake City office whose practice focuses in Mining, and Environmental & Natural Resources.
Four additional litigation attorneys have joined Parsons in the past few weeks, two as shareholders and two as of counsel. These new attorneys’ litigation capabilities range from business and commercial; real estate; banking and financial services; employment litigation; and family law. New attorneys include:
