Parsons Behle & Latimer, a full-service Intermountain West law firm, announces the opening of a new office in Rexburg, Idaho. This new office will increase convenience and access to comprehensive legal services for southeastern Idaho residents, whom Parsons currently serves from its Idaho Falls office.

Parsons Co-managing Office Shareholder Challis A. McNally says, “Parsons Behle & Latimer is quickly becoming the Intermountain West’s premier law firm. It only made sense to expand into Rexburg, one of the more rapidly growing cities in eastern Idaho. We are excited to become a part of that community and to provide the same high quality legal services we are providing throughout the West.”

Seasoned attorneys Paul Evans and Craig G. Taylor will practice from Parsons’ Rexburg office.

Taylor joins the firm as a new of counsel attorney from his private practice at DePree, Stewart Taylor & Morris in Rexburg. With more than 30 years of experience, Taylor focuses his practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and business formation and financing; real estate law; agricultural co-op mergers and acquisitions; agricultural business financing; and assists Rexburg-area families with their estate planning.

Evans will split his time between Parsons’ Idaho Falls and Rexburg offices. An experienced corporate and intellectual property attorney who focuses on helping businesses grow and protect their key assets, Evans centers his practice on corporate and real estate law; healthcare; technology; licensing and intellectual property (IP) transactions; and IP prosecution.

In addition to their specialization in these areas of law, the Rexburg team leverages the legal acumen and knowledge of the entire Parsons attorney bench, offering clients local knowledge with coastal-level legal experience. The Rexburg team will be supported by Parsons’ Idaho Falls associate attorneys.

Parsons new office is located at 36 Professional Plaza in Rexburg, Idaho. Taylor and Evans can be reached by calling (208) 607-4950.
